Orlando International Airport, airport code MCO, is an international airport six miles southeast of Orlando, Florida. The airport is the 2nd busiest in the state of Florida, as over 40.2 million passengers were handled at the airport as of 2015.
Orlando is very popular as a result of it being the closest airport to Disney World. The next-closest airports to Walt Disney World are Sanford (SFB) or Tampa (TPA). The main airport that most visitors flying to Disney World is Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is located about 20 miles from Disney World.
